Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in kitchen management or related role
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • thorough understanding of food safety practices
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in inventory management and cost control

Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation and inventory control
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
  • train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale
  • coordinate with front-of-house management to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • oversee ordering and stock to minimize waste and control costs
  • implement and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • develop schedules and manage labor costs effectively
