Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • able to stand for extended periods up to 4 hours
  • must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs and push or pull up to 100 lbs
  • able to work in a freezer environment for short periods
  • perform all physical tasks including bending, squatting, and walking
  • willingness to work varied hours and shifts including weekends and holidays
  • adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
  • embrace teamwork and collaboration
  • self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service management experience or at least 2 years of restaurant experience
  • strong knowledge of food production and customer service
  • ability to communicate professionally with all management levels and team members
  • self-motivated and capable of problem-solving
  • basic technical skills in Word, Excel, and email
  • certified Food Safety Manager
  • receptive to supervisory coaching
  • bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
