Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with Bloomin' Brands employment standards
- Assist in kitchen setup and staff scheduling
- Implement security procedures and coach staff accordingly
- Evaluate previous night's kitchen operations
- Conduct daily inventory assessments and prepare for incoming orders
- Monitor shelf-life and ensure food safety
- Check temperatures of refrigeration and dish machines before food preparation
- Gain proficiency in flavor profiles and menu specifications
- Adhere to and enforce strict recipe guidelines
- Oversee sanitation checklists and perform health inspections
- Maintain sanitation standards and ensure food safety protocols are followed
- Manage kitchen workflow to achieve timely and exceptional ticket outcomes
