Located in Independence, Ohio, the Topgolf Cleveland venue is searching for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join their Venue Operations team. This full-time role involves leading and supervising kitchen staff including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers to ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations. The Kitchen Manager is pivotal in maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and service, ensuring that food preparation complies with recipe specifications and proper portion control. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate between kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, responding promptly to any kitchen-related issues or emergencies.

Job Duties

- Monitor inventory levels and order kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
- Train kitchen staff in proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Coordinate with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Address and resolve kitchen-related issues and emergencies
