This job opening is for a Kitchen Manager position at Topgolf. The role is pivotal in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Kitchen Manager will supervise and lead various kitchen staff including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers. This leadership role requires exceptional skills in team management, food preparation supervision, inventory control, and coordination with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food service. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training kitchen staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations.

In this role, the Kitchen Manager will also be tasked with addressing and resolving kitchen-related issues and emergencies promptly to maintain smooth operations. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering necessary kitchen supplies and ingredients will be a critical part of the job to avoid shortages and ensure continuous service. A successful candidate will have prior experience in kitchen management or a supervisory role and demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
