Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
eligible to work in the United States
ability to speak, read and write English
availability to work nights and weekends averaging 50 hours
high school degree
physically able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant with high culinary standards
culinary school diploma or ServSafe certification is advantageous
excellent leadership and communication skills
ability to train and motivate staff
strong commitment to food safety
proficiency in English
bilingual Spanish is a plus
