Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- eligible to work in the United States
- ability to speak, read and write English
- availability to work nights and weekends averaging 50 hours
- high school degree
- physically able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant with high culinary standards
- culinary school diploma or ServSafe certification is advantageous
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and motivate staff
- strong commitment to food safety
- proficiency in English
- bilingual Spanish is a plus
