Job Duties
- Recruit hire train and manage our management team
- Develop management team into the next generation of leaders
- Maintain tight controls of labor food meat and repair and maintenance costs
- Manage and train food safety and cleanliness standards
- Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction
- Lead by example to ensure a four star guest experience
- Utilize technology systems to improve daily operations
