Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food management certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week
- Ability to work a 5 day work week with two consecutive days off between Monday and Thursday
- Willingness to transfer to different geographical locations up to 30 miles
- Ability to stand and move at a moderate pace for up to 4 hours continuously
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, stooping, squatting, or crawling
- Strong communication skills including reading and writing in English
- Compliance with Florida State health code standards
- Must adhere to Flanigan’s kitchen policies for dress and grooming
- Ability to conduct interviews and complete employee evaluations on schedule

Job Duties
- Communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day
- Read and write notes in the manager’s daily log in English
- Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings
- Read the weekly memo
- Complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- Communicate with all managers on duty when shift is completed
- Relate an accurate, honest report of all events both positive and negative
- Comply with all policies, rules, and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings
- Enforce proper measurements, recipe adherence, cleanliness, check time ceilings, and quality control
- Attend quarterly supervisor meetings
