As a Kitchen Manager at The Haymaker Verrado, you will take on a pivotal leadership role crucial to maintaining the restaurant's high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for food and culinary artistry, coupled with a strong desire to cultivate a productive and motivated kitchen team. The Kitchen Manager acts as a role model and coach, overseeing food costing, labor management, product freshness, safety, and adherence to preparation and plating standards. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Executive Chef and Culinary Director to implement innovative, seasonal menu offerings and to keep the kitchen operations running smoothly.
