Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations or equivalent experience
- must be at least 16 years of age upon hire
- reliable transportation
- completion of Food Safety Certification within first month of employment
- completion of skills-based certification within first 120 days
- ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts
- ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours
- ability to bend, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature changes, and loud noise levels
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in food service operations or demonstrated food service experience with Parker's Kitchen
- food safety certification completion within the first month of employment
- skills-based certification completion within first 120 days
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage labor and inventory efficiently
- ability to work varied shifts and hours as needed
Job Duties
- Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner
- speak honestly and act with integrity, upholding company values
- conduct weekly inventory counts and generate cost of sales reports
- manage and audit inventory levels to align with budget
- control labor costs by scheduling employees according to approved labor budget
- ensure safe food handling procedures
- act as Person in Charge and enforce Safety and Health Policy
- prepare made to order food and beverages per recipe or customer specifications
- stock food and beverage areas to maintain in-stock conditions
- communicate procedures, promotions, and new products to employees
- ensure adequate staffing to meet customer demand
- perform additional tasks to support department success
