Job Duties
- Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen team members
- delegate tasks effectively and coach for success
- manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages
- partner with the Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and oversee smooth daily kitchen operations
- oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service
- model and coach to Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service
- perform Store Team Member duties when needed
