Job Duties
- Manage food production and back-of-house operations using Golden Corral products and recipes
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Organize and manage the buffet environment efficiently
- Supervise labor and scheduling in collaboration with management
- Support restaurant operations in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences
- Enforce adherence to company procedures and operational systems
