The Kitchen Manager (KM) role is critical to the smooth and effective operation of the restaurant's back-of-house activities. Reporting directly to the executive chef or general manager, the KM is responsible for leading all kitchen operations, including staff management, inventory control, food safety compliance, and quality assurance. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a kitchen manager sous chef or in a similar leadership role

  • Food handler's permit or certification
  • Ability to work under pressure problem-solve and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to stand walk and lift heavy items throughout shifts
  • Tolerance for varying temperatures noise and fast-paced environments
