Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a kitchen manager sous chef or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle prep and cook food according to recipes
- Food handler's permit or certification
- Ability to work under pressure problem-solve and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to stand walk and lift heavy items throughout shifts
- Tolerance for varying temperatures noise and fast-paced environments

- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes
- Monitor compliance with food safety standards
