Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a kitchen manager sous chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle prep and cook food according to recipes
  • Food handler's permit or certification
  • Ability to work under pressure problem-solve and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to stand walk and lift heavy items throughout shifts
  • Tolerance for varying temperatures noise and fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • Maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen adhering to health regulations
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes
  • Monitor compliance with food safety standards
