Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three or more years of culinary or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent leadership skills and team management
  • effective communication skills
