Job Duties
- Supervises kitchen staff and food preparation processes
- Oversees menu planning and inventory management
- Maintains compliance with ServSafe food safety standards
- Ensures cleanliness and safety of kitchen facilities and equipment
- Trains and develops new and existing kitchen staff
- Monitors food quality, presentation, and timely service of dishes
- Assists with food and beverage cost control and labor management
