  • Minimum 1 year work experience managing a restaurant with a staff of 10 or more
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to fifty pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits

Job Duties

  • Supervises kitchen staff and food preparation processes
  • Oversees menu planning and inventory management
  • Maintains compliance with ServSafe food safety standards
  • Ensures cleanliness and safety of kitchen facilities and equipment
  • Trains and develops new and existing kitchen staff
  • Monitors food quality, presentation, and timely service of dishes
  • Assists with food and beverage cost control and labor management
