Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during all shifts
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen team members
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Step in to assist with cooking and prep as needed
