We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our culinary team at voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort. As Kitchen Manager, you will act as the central figure orchestrating all kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and seamless service. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen activities, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, managing budgets, and fostering a motivated and well-trained kitchen staff. You will be responsible for crafting innovative and appealing menus, coordinating catering events, and enforcing compliance with safety regulations to guarantee an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

This position is classified as an overtime eligible manager (OEM), meaning overtime hours are expected and compensated accordingly. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in kitchen management within high-volume settings like retail food environments, bakeries, hospitality venues, or restaurants. Additionally, experience with catering and event food preparation will be considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and financial acumen to successfully drive kitchen operations while supporting the resort's mission to deliver memorable culinary experiences.
