Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
ability to work Thursday through Sunday including evenings and weekends
physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
excellent communication skills
ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
willingness to obtain Serve Safe certification if not already certified

Job Qualifications

Preferred Serve Safe certification
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
experience in line cooking or kitchen management
basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

Execute line cooking duties during service
prepare ingredients and dishes as needed
ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are upheld
organize, clean, and maintain stock levels
assist with special events as required
support dishwashing tasks when necessary
