Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
ability to work evenings and weekends
must be able to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
willingness to obtain Serve Safe certification if not currently certified

Job Qualifications

Preferred Serve Safe certification
ability to communicate effectively
strong multitasking skills
experience in line cooking or kitchen management preferred
knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Execute line cooking duties during service
prepare ingredients and dishes as needed
ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are upheld
organize, clean, and maintain stock levels
assist with special events as required
support dishwashing tasks when necessary
