We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team and take charge of the daily operations of our kitchen. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.00, reflecting the importance of this leadership role within our organization. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, quality control, staff management, and adherence to food safety regulations. As a Kitchen Manager at SLA Management, you will lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, will be a key responsibility to minimize waste and control food costs effectively.

In addition to managing daily tasks, you will prepare staff schedules and delegate responsibilities to maintain a productive and positive team atmosphere. Collaboration with our culinary team will ensure consistency and quality across all menu items. The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for addressing any operational issues promptly and implementing corrective actions to uphold our reputation for excellence.
