Job Requirements
- ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings
- experience managing kitchen operations
- knowledge of state and local health guidelines and food safety regulations

Job Qualifications
- college degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of kitchen management
- experience in training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees
- experience with ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory preferred
- strong communication skills

- high level of accountability
- excellent basic math skills
- ability to operate a POS system
Job Duties
- deliver the highest level of execution for guest experience, superior product and hospitality
- ensure the kitchen follows company guidelines and best practices
- foster an environment of diversity and inclusion
- provide leadership to the kitchen team in collaboration with the general manager
- conduct weekly staff meetings to discuss improvements and recognize achievements
- lead the operation to ensure optimal performance
- maintain the facility and equipment according to health guidelines
- manage purchasing for food and supplies
- control inventory levels and food handling practices
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety
- develop recipes and production standards
- hire and maintain kitchen staffing levels
- provide training and development
- deliver coaching and counseling
- conduct timely performance reviews
- support payroll and timekeeping
- drive financial performance by managing food and labor costs
- conduct inventory and reporting with finance
- review monthly profit and loss statements
