Benefits include paid vacation, health insurance options, 401K plans, personal days, and free shift meals. Kitchen Managers must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and geographical willingness to transfer, reflecting the dynamic and expansive nature of Flanigan's operations.

Joining Flanigan's as a Kitchen Manager means becoming part of a vibrant team dedicated to culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
