- 2 years of kitchen management experience
- Chick-fil-A experience preferred
- Computer and technology (Apple products) competency
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Managing kitchen food safety systems of the restaurant
- Managing kitchen food quality systems of the restaurant
- Managing kitchen food holding systems of the restaurant
- Managing restaurant inventory and truck ordering
- Managing kitchen speed of service
- Managing kitchen check list systems
- Managing restaurant food cost and restaurant waste reduction
- Schedule kitchen personnel and managing kitchen labor percentage
