Aliyans Foods is a reputable and growing halal frozen food manufacturing facility dedicated to producing high-quality halal food products for customers across North America. As demand for halal frozen foods increases, Aliyans Foods is expanding its team to include an experienced Kitchen Manager who will play a crucial role in leading and managing the daily food production operations in the facility, ensuring the seamless execution of production schedules and adherence to strict quality standards.

The role of Kitchen Manager at Aliyans Foods is a hands-on leadership position requiring at least five years of experience in kitchen management, food production management, or a related supervisory role in food manufacturing. This position demands a proven leader who is comfortable managing a team, maintaining product quality and consistency, enforcing food safety regulations, controlling inventory and raw materials, and driving efficiency within a fast-paced production environment. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen and production operations, supervise and schedule production staff, monitor inventory and waste, train staff, and implement process improvements to scale production alongside company ownership. The individual must demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP procedures, in addition to exceptional leadership and communication skills. Leadership responsibilities include managing more than 10 employees and ensuring that production targets are met on time without compromising on quality or safety.

Aliyans Foods emphasizes the need for candidates who are genuinely experienced in food production management and are prepared to take ownership of the production facility’s operational success. The company does not entertain applications from line cooks without management experience, assistant managers without leadership responsibilities, or individuals seeking entry-level positions. Competitive compensation is offered, ranging from $17.00 to $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience. The role requires in-person work at the facility to ensure hands-on management effectiveness. Successful candidates will thrive in managing scheduled production runs, maintaining product consistency, managing labor efficiently, upholding food safety standards, motivating and training staff, and reducing waste and operational costs, all of which are critical to the company’s ongoing growth and excellence in halal frozen food production.
