Job Duties
- Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members effectively
- Delegate tasks and coach for success
- Manage prepared foods and dispensed beverage operational activities
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations
- Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service
- Model and coach Casey’s CARES values
- Perform Store Team Member duties when needed
