Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- ability to work evening shifts and weekends
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- reliable and punctual
- ability to train staff effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory or assistant manager role
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership experience within a fast-paced restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- ability to train and mentor staff
- capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Supervising and directing kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- training kitchen staff on food prep, plating, and safety procedures
- ensuring the kitchen adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations
- coordinating food orders and inventory management
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- monitoring food quality and consistency
- managing shift schedules and staff performance
