Job Requirements
- strong leadership skills
- business and culinary skills
- experience in staff management and inventory control
- knowledge of food safety practices including ServSafe certification
- proficiency with POS and kitchen technology
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs and endure long shifts
- valid driver's license
