Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 4 years kitchen experience
  • 2 years experience as kitchen manager, head chef, or sous chef
  • experience leading teams of 5 or more
  • ability to use labor and food management systems
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • track record of training and developing team members
  • ability to manage scheduling and labor templates

Job Duties
