Job Requirements
- Experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurant environments
- Prior leadership experience managing teams
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to get certified
- Ability to lead a team of 5 or more employees
- Ownership mentality and adaptability in fast-paced, startup-like environments
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Willingness to work late nights and weekends
- Comfort with both kitchen and fulfillment operations
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and product flow
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medium or high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environments
- 1+ years of team leadership experience including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
- Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams of 5 or more employees
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to process improvements
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data-driven decisions
- Flexibility to work late-night and weekend hours as needed
- Knowledge or ability to quickly learn inventory management systems and fulfillment best practices
Job Duties
- Lead a team of kitchen associates and shift leads by hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing staff
- Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and recipe adherence to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory controls
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive kitchen efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Site Manager to execute initiatives and solve operational challenges
- Handle onsite escalations and maintain a safe and inclusive workplace culture
- Support both kitchen and fulfillment operations to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction
