Job Description

We are a passionate and dynamic family-owned restaurant group that is deeply committed to supporting and enriching our communities. Our establishment is built on a foundation of hospitality, teamwork, and growth, where every team member plays a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences. We pride ourselves on nurturing an environment that promotes leadership, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, making us an employer of choice for culinary professionals who thrive in fast-paced and stimulating settings. Our restaurants are known for their welcoming atmosphere, excellent food quality, and dedication to customer satisfaction, creating a place where employees can grow their careers while contributing positively to the community around them.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and determined Kitchen Manager/Chef to join our leadership team. This is a key role where you will support the General Manager in all operational aspects of the restaurant and help lead our team members to excel every day. If you are someone who thrives on motivating and coaching others, fostering a fun and purpose-driven environment, and taking pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, this position offers an incredible opportunity for career growth and fulfillment. As a Kitchen Manager/Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and inspiring the culinary team to perform at their best. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall restaurant success.

This role not only offers a competitive salary range of 70,000 to 80,000 annually but also a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance after an introductory period, a 401K plan with employer match, and paid time off including sick leave. In addition, you will enjoy perks such as free meals when working, dining discounts for you and a friend at any of our concepts and sister restaurants like Birdcall, a management referral program, quarterly performance bonuses, and a fitness benefit. Our team-oriented culture values profound joy and personal accomplishment in your work, along with ample opportunities for promotion and career development within the company. We believe that by investing in our leaders' well-being and professional growth, we create a stronger and more successful restaurant family.

Join us if you have a passion for hospitality, a heart for guests and team success, and an ambition for long-term growth. We support every step of your leadership journey with resources and encouragement to help you influence and inspire others to be the best they can be. Your role will be central to maintaining a high-energy, motivated team that shares the common purpose of delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. If you find pleasure in being part of a collaborative and high-performing team, this role offers you the platform and support for a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.
