- prior experience in kitchen management or chef role
- Food Manager Protection Certification
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Delegate and give direction to diligently complete tasks
- work with a sense of urgency, intent, and efficiency
- maintain strong communication with front of house, back of house, and management
- organize orders, invoices, and inventory
- complete assigned shift duties
- keep work and station areas clean
- adhere to industry standards for food preparation, serving, and storage
- hold staff accountable to high standards
- follow all recipes, policies and procedures
- solve problems proactively
- assign cleaning duties as needed
- ensure food preparation for next shift is complete
- accurately complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists
- assist with training of all back of house personnel
- demonstrate passion for self and team development
