Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in kitchen management or chef role
  • Food Manager Protection Certification
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • dedication to adhering to company policies
  • willingness to work flexible hours

  • Experience managing kitchen operations

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to organize and manage inventory and orders
  • certification in Food Manager Protection

Job Duties

  • Delegate and give direction to diligently complete tasks
  • work with a sense of urgency, intent, and efficiency
  • maintain strong communication with front of house, back of house, and management
  • organize orders, invoices, and inventory
  • complete assigned shift duties
  • keep work and station areas clean
  • adhere to industry standards for food preparation, serving, and storage
  • hold staff accountable to high standards
  • follow all recipes, policies and procedures
  • solve problems proactively
  • assign cleaning duties as needed
  • ensure food preparation for next shift is complete
  • accurately complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists
  • assist with training of all back of house personnel
  • demonstrate passion for self and team development
