Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Kitchen Manager Certificate
- Experience in a similar kitchen or food service role
- Ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds
- Capability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Experience in food preparation and kitchen management

- Physical capability to perform kitchen duties including lifting heavy items
Job Duties
- Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State dietary guidelines
- Plan meals within the allocated monthly budget
- Maintain Kitchen Manager Certificate
- Stand and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with supervisors about any issues
- Manage time efficiently
- Organize kitchen workflow and supplies
