We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team. This position is essential within our mental health crisis center, where we serve up to 16 guests daily. The Kitchen Manager will oversee meal planning and preparation, ensuring all dietary requirements are met according to Federal and State guidelines, as well as within the monthly budget. This role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and handle various food products. The successful candidate will hold a current Kitchen Manager Certificate and be capable of managing kitchen operations independently while maintaining excellent time management and organizational skills. This shift runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour. The Kitchen Manager will play a critical role in supporting the wellbeing of our guests through safe and nutritious food service at one MDH licensed program.
