Established in 2005, Cooper's Hawk has built a reputation for delivering a modern-yet-casual dining atmosphere where every culinary item is thoughtfully created in a scratch kitchen to complement its award-winning wines. The company boasts one of the largest wine clubs globally, offering exclusive benefits that include not only premium wines but also specially curated dining and travel experiences, creating a unique lifestyle brand. Expanding its culinary horizons, Cooper's Hawk has also introduced Piccolo Buco, a concept steeped in the vibrant flavors of Rome, adding diversity and richness to its portfolio. This dynamic environment underscores a commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences, making Cooper's Hawk a leader in the wine and dining industry.

As a Kitchen Manager at Cooper's Hawk, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the excellence of our scratch kitchen operations. You will work closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure operational growth and quality, guiding kitchen team members in producing uniquely-inspired, high-quality culinary items that align perfectly with Cooper's Hawk wines. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive and professional work environment while maintaining the brand's values and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing personnel hiring and scheduling, coaching kitchen managers and hourly team members, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and quality standards. You will also be instrumental in driving financial and operational outcomes, along with leading collaborative efforts between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Proficiency in various operational systems and software, including POS and inventory management tools, is essential. This role demands a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement and team development. Cooper's Hawk values its employees and offers highly competitive pay, incentives, comprehensive benefits, and career development opportunities, making this position ideal for individuals eager to build a rewarding career in a dynamic hospitality setting.
