The company prides itself on being more than just a restaurant group; it is a community of passionate, hospitality-driven people committed to delivering unforgettable dining experiences characterized by genuine human connection. Social Cantina offers a vibrant and dynamic work environment, blending fun, fast-paced operations with significant opportunities for career growth, creativity, and collaboration. Employees benefit from competitive pay, flexible schedules, and a supportive atmosphere that resembles a family more than a workplace. Joining Social Cantina means being a part of something fresh and exciting from day one, with chances to advance both in the front and back of house.

The Kitchen Manager role at Social Cantina is a pivotal leadership position that holds the responsibility of managing all back-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience every shift. This hands-on, fast-paced position requires a leader who thrives under pressure and is passionate about both food quality and team development. The Kitchen Manager will oversee consistent food quality, presentation, and recipe execution, ensuring every dish meets company standards. They will also handle the recruitment, hiring, training, and ongoing development of the kitchen team to foster a positive and accountable work culture. Managing food inventory, costs, and vendor relationships to meet financial goals is another vital aspect of the role. Food safety and sanitation remain top priorities, with the Kitchen Manager ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies through meticulous maintenance of cleanliness and proper documentation.

Operational excellence is key to success in this role, which includes creating efficient kitchen schedules while managing labor costs, maintaining organized and clean kitchen spaces, and open communication with restaurant leadership to rapidly solve operational challenges. The Kitchen Manager will lead by example, supporting all kitchen stations and driving efficiency without compromising quality. Serving as the driving force behind both team success and outstanding guest experiences, the Kitchen Manager at Social Cantina truly embodies leadership that inspires teamwork, accountability, and consistency. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $62,000 annually based on experience, plus quarterly performance bonuses, paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Dining privileges at any Finney Hospitality Group restaurant are an additional perk, making this an excellent opportunity for culinary leaders eager to make a real difference in a thriving, people-first culture.
