Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours and lift 25-50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- Prior experience as restaurant manager, kitchen manager, BOH Manager, general manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, district manager, area manager or other hospitality and restaurant management highly desirable
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications
- Ability to provide leadership and vision to back of house staff
Job Duties
- Direct the activities of back of the house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Implement purchasing and cost controls
- Follow up with corrective action where needed
- Ensure made-from-scratch food is prepared to specification
- Perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
- Provide coaching, feedback, and people development to kitchen staff
- Maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service certifications
