Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage kitchen management required
  • Proven leadership skills in managing a team
  • Knowledge of full-service and quick-service kitchen operations
  • Must hold a Food Handlers Permit
  • Ability to work under high-stress situations
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
