Job Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to follow-through
  • Proficient with computers including MS Word, Excel and POS systems
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and commanding management presence
  • Capability to lead, coach, and supervise a team effectively
  • Knowledge of budgets and operational costs
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
  • Able to perform well during peak business periods
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create, lead, and manage a positive and fun restaurant culture
  • Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction via the perfect culinary experience
  • Lead, manage, and deliver a friendly guest focused experience
  • Schedule HOH team in accordance with budgeted targets and service goals
  • Achieve targeted food cost goals, safety and sanitation targets, and health audits
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant
  • Ensure operational and occupational health and safety standards are in place and followed
  • Maintain appropriate security protocols for guest, employee, and restaurant safety
  • Perform other duties as required
