Job Requirements

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • Manage kitchen staff scheduling and shift coverage
  • Maintain quality control and food safety procedures
  • Foster team development through training and coaching
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
