Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen management or supervisory role
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of guests
- directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times
- managing performance of Back of House employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- assisting with the development of key employees by providing daily performance feedback
- conducting formal line taste and temperature checks
- overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
