Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen management or supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of guests
  • directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times
  • managing performance of Back of House employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • assisting with the development of key employees by providing daily performance feedback
  • conducting formal line taste and temperature checks
  • overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
