As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen management to ensure meals are prepared efficiently, on time, and meet strict quality and nutritional standards. You will coordinate inventory, ordering, food safety compliance, and team supervision to maintain smooth kitchen operations and support special dietary needs and catering requests. This role involves direct interaction with kitchen staff, school personnel, and supervisors to maintain clear communication and resolve any operational concerns. Additionally, you will support staff development through training and coaching to build a cohesive, skilled team dedicated to excellent customer service.

This position is ideal for an individual with prior foodservice supervisory experience who is detail-oriented, dependable, and possesses a strong commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. The role requires physical stamina to handle kitchen duties and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include a competitive schedule aligned with the school calendar, paid holidays and time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, access to a limited medical benefit plan, and a free meal during each shift. Lunchtime Solutions fosters a supportive culture emphasizing teamwork, integrity, passion, and a healthy work-life balance.
