Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen leadership position
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- willingness to enforce policies and maintain a clean and safe environment

Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- directing productivity to maintain efficient food ticket times
- managing performance of Back of House employees through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- assisting with development of key employees by providing daily feedback
- conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks for inventory and safety
- overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- managing food costs and controlling kitchen labor costs
- directing work schedules and assigning tasks for Back of House employees
- training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations
- creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
