Job Requirements
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- passion for training and developing team members
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- ability to manage and train a team effectively
- strong communication and leadership skills
