We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Manager will play a vital role in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences to our guests. In this role, the successful candidate will supervise and lead kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers, ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Strict adherence to food safety and quality standards is essential, as the Kitchen Manager will oversee all food preparation, recipe adherence, and portion control.
The individual will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients as necessary.
