Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a kitchen team, ensuring professional conduct and a culture of excellence

- update and refine documentation as the menu evolves
- manage inventory levels, oversee ordering, and execute systems to minimize waste while ensuring 100% par levels
- create and post weekly schedules, ensuring staffing levels are optimized to business volume and budgetary goals
- maintain composure and consistency during peak service hours, ensuring every plate meets our brand's luxury standard
