Job Description

Our establishment is a dynamic culinary operation dedicated to delivering high-quality food experiences in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. We pride ourselves on fostering creativity and excellence in the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of organization and sanitation. Our goal is to continuously elevate our menu offerings and event services to meet and exceed customer expectations. As we continue to expand our culinary and event programs, we are looking for a committed and proactive Kitchen Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

The Kitchen Manager position is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational expertise and a passion for food. This is a working management position where you will lead by example, actively working alongside the kitchen team during service while overseeing key aspects of kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory and ordering, maintaining sanitation standards, supervising opening and closing procedures, and supporting kitchen staff training. You will also collaborate on menu development, seasonal updates, and coordinating special and private event menus. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $24 to $27, based on experience, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and creative team environment. If you excel in both hands-on kitchen work and management, this position is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact while developing your career in the culinary industry.
