Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably, 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably, 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing teams
