Inventory management and vendor relations will be key responsibilities, requiring precise tracking to minimize waste and control costs.

Health, safety, and cleanliness are of utmost importance, and the Kitchen Manager will uphold rigorous standards to ensure compliance with safety codes and sanitation requirements. The role also involves partnering with front-of-house leaders to maintain seamless service and collaborative communication. Beyond the kitchen, the Manager will contribute to broader restaurant operations including labor cost management, budget preparation, and participation in company-wide initiatives. With expectations to work approximately 45-50 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, the role suits a proactive, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
