Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- strong leadership qualities
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- passion for training and team development
Job Qualifications
- preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations

Job Duties
- manage the heart-of-house kitchen operations
- oversee execution and performance of HOH team members
- provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain responsible alcohol service and safety/security procedures
- train and develop kitchen staff
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
