Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment is one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies globally, managing a diverse portfolio that includes 360 upscale and traditional bowling centers, five expansive waterparks, a large amusement park in California, and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers in major markets. Since its inception in 1997 with a single bowling center, Lucky Strike has grown exponentially to become an industry powerhouse with 14,000 associates and nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue. The company is deeply rooted in hospitality, striving to provide memorable and exceptional experiences to every guest at every visit, making it a preferred choice for family entertainment and leisure activities. This strong commitment to quality and guest satisfaction sets Lucky Strike apart in the competitive entertainment market.
As a Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in leading the back-of-house operations within one of the company's dynamic food and beverage environments. This leadership position requires a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation across all service periods and events, ensuring guests receive consistent culinary experiences. You will be responsible for managing kitchen operations including food cost control, labor management, inventory oversight, waste reduction, and timely ordering, all aimed at achieving financial targets and operational excellence. The role involves hands-on leadership where you will work alongside your team during prep, service, and events to model best practices and set standards for kitchen performance.
Your leadership responsibilities will extend to training, coaching, and developing the back-of-house team members to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced settings. Collaboration with the Operations team and Executive Chef will be essential to implement menu rollouts, maintain product consistency, and uphold culinary standards. Given the size and reach of Lucky Strike Entertainment, this Kitchen Manager role offers a unique opportunity to impact large-scale operations and be part of an organization that values its people and champions career growth. Employment is full time with an annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000, reflecting the importance of the role within the company and the competitive nature of the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Joining Lucky Strike means becoming part of a passionate team that encourages sustained career development while providing abundant rewards and a supportive work environment.
