This fosters a positive workplace where cooperation and mutual respect thrive, setting the foundation for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role available at Deft Pies is ideal for someone with experience in menu development, recipe creation, process and systems development, and peer-to-peer management. As a salaried position, the pay scale is competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience within this specific industry sector, and compensation is distributed bi-weekly. Employees are expected to actively engage in continuous learning and adaptability, helping sustain the pace and demands of a growing business.

This job demands excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external vendors. The selected candidate will also have a critical role in coordinating kitchen tasks, scheduling, and internal communication. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering ingredients and supplies, overseeing cost controls, and ensuring adherence to health department standards. Deft Pies encourages individuals who hold themselves accountable, can take constructive feedback, and understand the dynamic nature of the food service industry.

Perks of working with Deft Pies include opportunities for internal growth and promotion, free meals during shifts, team member discounts on food and beverages, 50% discounts for immediate family members, and 10 personal days per year after an initial evaluation period.
